It’s official, moving day has finally arrived!
After 19 years with many happy memories at our Canberra city office, we are all packed up and ready to go.
The team is excited to embrace our wonderful new premises at 97 Northbourne Avenue and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
We are delighted to welcome our recently arrived junior accountants in Canberra, Shan Huang and Nick Corbett to the Halletts team.
Nick and Shan have dived deep into learning how we do things ‘around here’ and are gradually getting to know our friendly clients.

Here at Halletts, we were recently visited by a team from Westpac who provided a useful update on all things banking and lending related, including the ‘improvements’ occurring as a result of the Royal Commission.
The key take-away is that no matter which bank you have a relationship with, you will need to allow more time for the processing of your bank loan approvals as the banks are under a clear obligation to know about you, your cashflows and your spending habits in greater detail.
So, more lead-time will be required before you start waving the paddle around on auction day.
