Our History

Colourful Beginnings

Two Decades Of Dancing

Imagine Australia in 1996. It was a time of political upheaval – the Keating Government gave way to the Howard Government & a young Federal MP by the name of Pauline Hanson gave her first maiden speech in Parliament. It was a time of cultural revolution – the first series of Friends aired in Australia on Channel 7 and the Wiggles’ infamous ‘Wake Up Jeff‘ album was released. And Australia was defeated by Sri Lanka in the final of the World Cup. It was a time ripe for change – and so Halletts was founded. Halletts was established in Canberra in 1996 as a one-man band. Since then we have added guitar, bass, drums, a horn section, some roadies and even a few groupies (yes, some of our clients do get a bit carried away). Soon each member of the ensemble was playing in beautiful harmony and attracting audiences from across the region keen to see their financial goals flourish. Halletts have gone from strength to strength over the last 2 decades. As Australia has grown and changed so have we. We have an amazing team in our Canberra office based on Northbourne Avenue in Turner. We’ve also expanded to satellite offices in the ANZ Bank building in downtown Goulburn and more recently in Zouch Street in Young. We can’t wait to meet new clients and see where life takes you – and always make sure to take time to enjoy the successes along the way.
